- How do collections work?
- The process is simple – you call or email – we come to you on the agreed evening – we collect - we weigh washing and ironing on the doorstep – we itemise dry-cleaning – we tell you the cost and agree a suitable return evening – we deliver as agreed.
- Where can we find your Ironing & Dry-cleaning shops?

Fleet branch (175 Fleet Road, Fleet GU15 3PD) – Open 8.30am-5.30pm Mon to Fri, 9am-2pm Sat, closed Sun
- How do I pay?
It's up to you. We accept cash or cheque on collection or delivery or you can pay over the phone with most major credit or debit cards.
- What is the minimum order?
For laundry / ironing/ dry-cleaning or alterations the minimum spend is £17.50, this can be a mixture of any or all of these services.
For cleaning the minimum spend is 2hrs cleaning.
- What about hangers?
We provide hangers for you with shoulder and trouser guards to keep your clothes wrinkle-free in the wardrobe. We try to be kind to the environment so we encourage our customers to send hangers and guards back to be used again.
Those that aren't up to our standard go to the charity shop so they're never wasted.
- Can I provide my own hangers?
That's not a problem. We're happy to deliver your clothes just the way you like them.

Terms and Conditions
WORK IS ONLY ACCEPTED BY OUR COMPANY ON THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
2BUSY2 IS 'THE COMPANY'. THE INDIVIDUALS REQUESTING SERVICES 'THE CLIENT'.
PRICES are periodically reviewed. Any changes to our pricing will be displayed on our website www.2busy2.co.uk
The Company reserves the right to DECLINE SERVICES to a Client e.g. in the case of actual or implied physical or verbal abuse towards an employee.
The Company will RETURN UNPROCESSED (unless that item has been agreed by the owner to be processed at their own risk)
Any article that appears too frail to withstand or that would be heavily damaged during the processing procedure.
Any order that is marked as having more items than the company actually received.
Any item not displaying cleaning instructions.
GENERAL LIABILITY EXCLUSIONS: The Company accepts no liability for:
Any item received without appropriate identification.
Any feather/down filled item.
Any accessory attached or contained within any item cleaned by the Company. Accessories include but are not limited to belts, buckles, buttons, zips, painted logos/signs, sequins, beads or other forms of decoration.
Any item which is damaged by an accessory on that item.
Any item damaged by articles e.g. pens, gloves, ties left in that item by the Client.
Any item that does not bear cleaning instructions.
Any item that has manufactured purpose made crinkles or creased effects that are removed during processing.
Any items with faulty interfacing or adhesives that mark off during or after processing.
Any item not listed when the item was originally sent to 2busy2.
Any silk item that suffers colour loss.
Any item requiring stain (s) to be removed.
Any item sent for washing that should not be tumble dried.
ORDER COMPLAINT / QUERY In the event of a complaint or query the article must be returned to the company with the original laundry slip.
CLAIMS shall be settled subject to the following:
The Company will not be liable for any claim in excess of £100.00 per item.
Any claim settled by the company will be on condition that it is accepted by the customer as full and final settlement.
Claim payments by the Company will be made in the form of a credit note to the Client.
The Company will not be liable in any way for damage not caused by the cleaning or ironing process.
In circumstances that doubt exists as to the cause of damage then an independent 3rd party analysis by the laundry technology centre will be conducted. The results of such a test will be deemed to be final and the basis for any compensation due.
Compensations deemed due by the Company to the Client either in the case of damage or loss will be paid based on the age and condition of the item(s).
COLLECTIONS & DELIVERIES
The minimum total spend for a FREE collection or delivery is £17.50 per collection or delivery. This can be a combination of services e.g. ironing + dry-cleaning.
Where there is one failed attempt to collect or deliver then no extra charge will be made, however any subsequent failed attempts will attract a £2.50 charge to cover the Company's costs.
If there is a request to split an order and deliver items on more than one day the minimum spend level must be met for each delivery, otherwise the second or more deliveries will attract a £2.50 charge to cover the Company's costs.
Goods will deem to have been delivered to the Client unless the Company has received notification from the Client during the first working day following the delivery date
On the doorstep we use hand-held scales. All laundry and ironing orders are re-weighed using fixed plate, calibrated scales. The Company reserves the right to alter the price payable if any differences are found.
The Company reserves the right to decline to deliver / collect above the 3rd floor of a building not containing a working lift.
Where items sent for IRONING are found to be very dry or badly creased and the Company would therefore be unable to obtain a satisfactory finish, the Company reserves the right to re-rinse the items at the Client's cost even if the Company has been unable to gain permission from the Client beforehand.
Items sent for WASHING that are labelled hand –wash or dry-clean only will be treated and charged accordingly at the Client's cost even if the Company has been unable to gain permission from the Client beforehand.
The following TERMS OF PAYMENT apply:
Payments due by customers must be paid by cash or cheque on the day or by debit or credit card before the delivery of the order.
The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue monies and uncollected orders at 6% above the Bank of England's base rate.
The Company reserves the right to amend these TERMS OF TRADING without notice. Amended terms will be shown on www.2busy2.co.uk
Our terms of trading do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
